Dear Elizabeth,
Xeljanz (trade name) is also known as Tofacitinib and is available in Ireland and can be prescribed by your Rheumatology Consultant. It is usually prescribed if other medications are not helping your inflammatory arthritis. I think the best thing to do is have a chat with your rheumatology team who are best placed to discuss this with you further.
Hope this is of some help.
All the best
Louise
